Homesbury Estate Agents Limited was established in 1999 and commenced trading as an independent Estate Agent in Shrewsbury on 1st July 2006.

The goal of Homesbury is to make buying and selling property easier and hopefully quicker for you.

We do this through a range of unique services, established estate agency methods and, by having access to the largest property portal in the UK, Rightmove.

We offer great service together with the benefits of our high tech office and our marketing facilities.

Homesbury is committed to delivering high levels of both customer care and service and as member the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents, embrace their aims.

Homesbury are commited to training too. All our staff have qualified in the Technical Award for Sale of Residential Property, through the N.A.E.A.

Our team are friendly and very approachable. They are commited to their work and are motivated to achieve results demonstrating both integrity and honesty.

Our Service

Good service comes at a price and we shall never be the least expensive agent in town.  However, if you were considering heart surgery you would not want the cheapest surgeon.  Why then trust the most expensive item you own to an agent that is not actively striving to sell your home.

During the past fifteen years I have held directorships with several international banks.  I have lived in Miami, Hong Kong and Dubai. I have twenty five years experience of the service sector.  My intention with Homesbury is to combine the best elements of estate agency from England, the United States, Hong Kong and the United Arab Emirates.  I want you to find the home you want more quickly. Christine Jones M.N.A.E.A.

Born in Cross Houses I have returned to Shrewsbury after living in North Wales for many years.  I have thirty years experience in the service sector.  I have bought and sold many properties in England and Wales. My intention with Homesbury is to make buying and selling easier and quicker and provide assistance with the practical problems of moving home.  It was my idea to provide our vendors with a free removal van*. My job is to follow up once a sale has been agreed. I maintain open lines of communication with solicitors, purchasers, surveyors, banks/building societies e.t.c.  to make sure the sale progresses as smoothly and quickly as possible; but more importantly I keep our vendors informed of what stage the sale has reached.

Richard Rodgers M.N.A.E.A.

Retailing is in my blood. I have held senior management positions with the largest electrical retailer in the UK for almost thirty years.  It was my idea that we should show properties not only by category - detached, semi-detached, apartments, terraced etc. but also in price logic order.  This allows potential purchasers to identify the properties that they are interested in more quickly and effectively.  My role entails the design and daily management of the website, it's content and it's continued prominence in Search Engines like "Google". This includes our database, systems and state of the art software.

Simon Badrock M.N.A.E.A.

I have worked in Estate Agency for the past eight years and so I am aware of how fraught buying and selling a property can be.  With this in mind, it is our intention to try to make things as stress free as possible.  Originally from Cheshire, I have worked with prominent firms in both Hampshire and Cheshire, I have been based in Shrewsbury for the past three years and it was my idea to raise the profile of the company by having liveried vehicles.
My job is to make a formal listing presentation to you to explain our products and service, why you should choose Homesbury to sell your property and what we do to find you a buyer.
